We are always accepting applications for direct support behavior therapists. With the guidance and ongoing training of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and master's level program supervisors, our therapists work with consumers in their home, school, or community; working to reduce socially inappropriate behaviors and replace them with more adaptive behaviors.

Job Description:

  • Provide one-to-one ABA interventions (i.e., evidence-based communication, play, and social skills) and parent training.
  • Under the direction of your clinical supervisor, consistently implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Report child's progress and make recommendations to your clinical supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of child's performance via data collection, clinical notes, and graphs.
  • Maintain administrative logs and submit timesheets in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • BA or BS in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or related field.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Previous experience working with children
  • The ideal candidate will have completed 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and will have at least 1-2 years previous experience
  • Reliable transportation & auto insurance required
  • Willingness to drive to clients' homes and schools
